St. Onge Company is currently seeking a Project Manager that has experience in solving complex problems related to clinical process improvement.  By utilizing a data driven approach to problem solving, we are capable of creating innovative solutions that are on the cutting-edge of hospital design.


The Project Manager is the day to day primary project contact.  You will typically lead one large project or two smaller projects with several complex components for our hospital clients.  The Project Manager will also be expected to support other projects as an engineering resource.  Some of the more specific duties will be to assist on sales calls and proposals, make presentations to client stakeholders, lead meetings with the client project teams, and other duties as assigned.



  • Use proven data-driven and Industrial Engineering techniques to solve complex process improvement problems related to the design and optimization of clinical process improvement. Specific areas of interest are the Emergency Department and Operating Room.
  • Develop, execute, and maintain project work plans for each current project, work directly with the department local leadership and the core team directors.
  • Serves as a facilitator, technical advisor, and analyst to hospital management and teams on the use of process improvement tools and techniques, analytical techniques, and statistical applications.
  • The Project Manager will lead a small staff of engineers, other professionals, and technicians to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery that exceeds client expectations.
  • Supervise, coordinate, and review the work of project execution teams, estimate personnel needs, and schedules and assign work to meet completion dates.
  • The Project Manager will play an active role in identifying follow on work and may support sales visits.


Education & Experience:

  • 6+ years of progressive experience with significant experience in a healthcare or medical center environment.
  • Minimum of Bachelors of Science degree in Industrial Engineering, Healthcare Systems Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related discipline.
  • 2+ years of experience in hospital operations and process improvement focused on patient flow.
  • Experience with process improvement utilizing lean and or six sigma techniques in the Emergency Department or Operating Room.



  • This position is based in York, PA.
  • Travel is required, typically 30-50%.
